  2. Name 4 things you can touch. The fabric of what you're wearing. The floor. Something cool. Something soft.
  3. Name 3 things you can hear. Cars outside. Your own breathing. The fridge.
  4. Name 2 things you can smell. Or two smells you'd like to smell, if there are none nearby.
  5. Name 1 thing you can taste. Or take a sip of water.
